Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of KeyForm ("Service"), a SaaS solution provided by Keywork Enterprises Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using KeyForm, you ("Client") agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use KeyForm.

Definitions

  • Client: Any individual, business, or entity that registers for or uses KeyForm.
  • KeyForm: The SaaS platform provided by Keywork Enterprises Limited for form creation, data collection, and secure management.
  • User: Any person authorized by the Client to access and use KeyForm.

Services Provided

KeyForm allows Clients to create, manage, and process forms to collect information from their end-users. The platform is hosted on AWS Cloud infrastructure and leverages various AWS services for security and scalability.

Client Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the KeyForm platform.
  • Use KeyForm only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
  • Do not use KeyForm for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities.

Data Ownership & Security

  • Clients are solely responsible for the data collected through KeyForm.
  • We act as a data processor, not a controller, and do not assume responsibility for your content.
  • We use industry-standard security measures including encryption and MFA.
  • No system is completely immune to breaches; use is at your own risk.
  • We are not liable for AWS or other third-party failures.

Third-Party Providers

KeyForm relies on third-party providers like AWS for hosting and services. We are not liable for outages or breaches caused by these providers.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using KeyForm for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Collecting or distributing sensitive data in violation of laws.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for direct or indirect damages, including data loss or service interruptions. Clients use the service at their own risk, and we offer no warranties regarding reliability or availability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to KeyForm if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.

Amendments

We may update these Terms. Continued use of KeyForm after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
